3.    Statement
Tube plate and tubes damaged of oil fire section. 
One feed water nozzle leaked. 
4. Job scope
Replacement of insert tube plate x2pcs of oil fire section. 
Replacement of OD60.3x4mm x42pcs of oil fire section. 
Replacement of feed water nozzle x1pc. 
Repair on site
A. Removal of insulation, refractory and lagging in the way of repair.
B. Cropping out the old tubes, tube plates and feed water nozzle.

C. Carry out edge preparation on boiler shell.

F. Installation and welding of insert tube plates and feed water nozzle.

G. Installation and welding of new tubes.

H. Polishing / grinding the weld seams and expanding tubes

I. NDT by dye check on weld seams to ensure no defects.

                                                       Dye check the new tube plates.

                                                               Dye check the tubes end.

                                                             Dye check the feed water nozzle.

J. Hydraulic test the boiler to 1.5times working pressure and witnessed by C/E and Class.

K. Re-installation earlier removed insulation, refractory and lagging in way of repair.
